Introduction to This Blog
In this blog, I will talk about diversity in gaming as the name suggest. Diversity is not limited to race but will contain gender and other factors as well that make up the gaming industry. I myself am a gamer and the inner workings of how the gaming industry works, and how it has worked have interested me in the past. I don't plan to focus on anything specific as of right now but in the future, I might change what I talk about depending on what is big and relevant at the time. A current hot topic in the United States is the argument that violent video games cause people to act violently. I would like to talk about this more in my next post but I haven't done the research to correctly make an argument. I will make the post centered around the idea of diversity as well and stay consistent with the topic I have chosen.
